Launching a stable, secure platform is a lot of work. In this section, we detail how we will build the platform.

Phase 0 - Product Development

THIS IS OUR CURRENT PHASE!

In this phase we build the minimum product required for launch. We also invite you to sign up for our mailing list so we can let you know when we go live.

Phase 1 - Launch with 20 users

In this phase we will launch the product and invite the first. We will run the platform here, monitor bookings and see how smoothly the systems run.

We will launch the product at 100 EUR per month (or the equivalent of 1 hotel night). The first 20 users get an 80% discount for the duration of this phase.

Phase 2 - Initial Scaling & Building of Stability with 100 Users

In this phase we increase the user base to about 100 users, while we keep building and testing the platform for stability, security and trust.

In this phase the product will continue to be priced at 100 EUR / month, with all users in this phase getting an 70% discount.

Phase 3 - Scale from 100 to 250 Users

To keep stress-testing the platform, we will grow the platform to about 250 users.

In this phase the product will continue to be priced at 100 EUR / month, with all users in this phase getting an 30% discount.

Phase 4 - Scale from 250 to 1.000 Users

To keep stress-testing the platform, we will grow the platform to about 1.000 users.

In this phase the product will be priced at 100 EUR / month.

Phase 5 - Operations are stable, expansion to other countries

With the platform now hopefully running safe, secure and stable, we will expand to other countries. Initially one at a time, then two or three in a year.
