Safety

Before booking any stay or accepting other people into your home, you will be able to review the profile of the person you will be staying with / that is staying with you. This will include verified first and last names, mutual contacts, insurance status, gender and who this person has stayed with in the past. If you decide not to host someone, there will be no penalty to you. We will never ask you why.

Pricing

FermataConnect charges a monthly subscription fee. No nightly rates, no hidden costs. Sign-up fee is still under consideration.
